1. What GYEADS is

GYEADS is a marketplace. The seller of every item is the independent shop you ordered from; delivery is carried out by an independent delivery partner. GYEADS provides the technology, payment collection and support that connect the three of you.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide a working phone number. Keep your login and OTP private — orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

3. Orders, prices and availability

• Prices are set by the shop. Delivery fees and any handling charge are shown before you confirm.
• An order is accepted only when the shop confirms it. A shop may decline if an item is no longer in stock.
• Delivery times are estimates that depend on traffic, weather and shop queue length.
• Substitutions are never made without your approval in the app.

4. Payment

You may pay by UPI, card, or cash at the door. GYEADS collects payment on behalf of the shop. Cash orders must be paid in full to the delivery partner on handover; repeated refusal of cash orders may lead to cash payment being disabled on your account.

5. Restricted items

Prescription medicines are dispensed only by licensed partner chemists against a valid prescription uploaded in the app. Age-restricted goods require ID at the door and may be refused by the delivery partner. Items prohibited by law are not sold on the platform.

6. Shopkeepers and delivery partners

Partners are independent businesses, not employees of GYEADS. Shops are responsible for licences, product quality, weights, labelling and tax compliance. Delivery partners are responsible for holding a valid licence and insurance where required. Commission, settlement cycles and incentives are set out in the separate partner agreement.

7. Acceptable use

Do not abuse staff or partners, place fraudulent or repeatedly undelivered orders, scrape the platform, or attempt to interfere with it. We may suspend accounts that do, and withhold amounts connected to fraud.

8. Liability

GYEADS is liable for the operation of the platform and for amounts it collects. Liability for defective or misdescribed goods sits with the selling shop, though we will help you resolve it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the app. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the courts of the city of our registered office. Write to legal@gyeads.com before escalating — most issues are settled in a day.
